ကျွန်တော်က လက်ရှိကတော့ TESOL -3 အတန်းကပါ။ GT ကို ဘယ်လိုစသိခဲ့တာလဲဆိုရင် TKT course လည်း ပြီးရော career development လုပ်ဖို့ဆိုပြီး genuine teaching courses တွေကို ရှာပြီး သိခဲ့ရတာပါ။ လက်ရှိကတော့ TPs တွေရော assignments တွေရော ပြီးပီဆိုတေ့ာ မကြာခင် classmates & Trs တွေနဲ့ခွဲရမယ့်အချိန်ရောက်တော့မှာပေါ့နော်။ အမှန်တိုင်းပြောရရင် TESOL စစချင်းတက်မှာတော့ တကယ်ပျင်းပါတယ်။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ Input ထည့်လိုက် discussion လုပ်လိုက်နဲ့ပဲဆိုတော့ နောက်ပိုင်းရောက်လာလေလေ input တွေများလာတဲ့အခါမှာ TP တွေလုပ်တဲ့အခါ Lesson plan တွေပြင်ရတဲ့ အခါမှာဆို အမှန်တကယ်အကျိုးရှိစေမှန်းတကယ်သိလိုက်ရတယ်။ အမှတ်တရတွေကတော့ အများကြီးပါပဲ။ Tr. Hello everyone, I'm student of Green Tara TKT in person class.I would like to share about my experiences in Green Tara. First of all I would like to say thank you to all my absolutely brilliant teachers who taught us efficiently and patiently. When I joined the class for the first time, I was really nervous and worried about TKT course. However after I found out that the classroom environment is incredibly pleasant, interesting, fun and comfortable ,I felt relief. Then I've learned a lot of benefits methods of teaching. The best thing that I've learned is that lesson planning and managing the classroom. And also I've got a lot of exposure by doing TPs and teachers' feedback. Another best thing ever is that eventhough we finished our TKT courses, we still can join TKT exam preparation course! And last but not least, I would like to say thank you to all my lovely teachers Tr.Tara , Tr.Waynay and Sr.Paing for every teaching knowledges and advices you have shared with us.

TKT in person အတန်းစုံစမ်းရင်း Green tara ရဲ့ TKT batch 13မှာ join ခဲ့ပါတယ် စာသင်ချိန်2နာရီလုံး နည်းနည်းလေးမှ မပျင်းရပဲ activities တွေ discussion တွေနဲ့ အရမ်းစိတ်၀င်စားဖို့ကောင်းတဲ့အပြင် အဲ့activities‌တွေကိုကိုယ့်ရဲ့အတန်းတွေမှာပါ ပြန်ပြီးအခုအသုံးချလို့ရလို့ အရမ်းကိုသင်ယူစရာတွေရခဲ့ပါတယ်ရှင့် တီချာတွေကလဲ တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီကို သေချာကြည့်ပေးပြီး theory ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာတွေကို သေချာလေ့ကျင့်ပေးတာကို သဘောကျတယ် အကြိုက်ဆုံးကTp တွေလဲပါတာကြောင့် ကိုယ်ကYLသင်တဲ့တီချယ်ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ adult တွေအတွက် lesson plan တွေပြင်ပြီး TP လုပ်ရတော့ challenging လဲဖြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး သင်ခဲ့ရသမျှကိုအသုံးချပြီးပြန်သင်ပြရတော့ အများကြီးလေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ရပါတယ်ရှင့် Tpတွေကို တခုချင်းအ‌‌သေးစိတ်feedback သေချာပေးတော့ ပြင်ဆင်ရမှာတွေသိရပြီးအားနည်းချက်အားသာချက်တွေသိရလို့ TKT course တက်ဖို့ ရှာနေတယ်ဆိုရင် green tara ကိုသေချာပေါက် recommend ပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

This TKT in-person class exceeded my expectations. A really fun, collaborative experience indeed! Every 2-hour in the classroom is a time well-spent. All of the activities are interesting and stimulating as the trainers are well versed and always sensitive to every learner's needs.
I am grateful to my trainers Tr.Way Nay and Saya Paing who provided me with unwavering support and constructive yet positive guidance throughout the course. Participating in various activities in this TKT in-person and teaching practicums helped me develop my confidence and grow as an individual as well. To be honest, to draw a lesson plan and to do a teaching practicum for consecutive two weeks, it was a bit challenging experience for me but when it was over, I felt very satisfied for having learned a valuable skill which I set out to use going forward.
Again, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my inspiring trainers and my helpful fellow teachers for their invaluable feedback which helped me reflect my teaching style, and provided me with a solid foundation for my teaching career.
